mirada interactive enhancedTV tool selected by Uruguayan cable operator  

Another mirada service has landed in Uruguay, this time with operator TCC (first cable operator in the country). mirada implemented the "Subrayado Digital", an interactive news application for Channel 10 - the main private channel in Uruguay -  which provides the viewer with an on screen ‘call to action’ to access additional information and news.

Subrayado Digital is an end-to-end template based solution, developed on top of Irdeto´s MHP stack which allows TCC to edit, publish and broadcast enhanced content to their news service. The solution dynamically and automatically updates the news feed in real-time. Stay tuned for a number of new services which will be deployed by TCC using the same framework in the coming month.

mirada delivers WEB virtual store to biggest Beauté manufacturer in Italy 

We are pleased to say that we have developed Collistar’s first virtual store. This new portal allows customers to browse through products on virtual shelves giving it a real shopping experience. As part of the project mirada also delivered a bespoke Content Management System which enables Collistar to update and manage the virtual store. mirada goes Head-end and provides xBroadcast (DVB-SI and apps injector) to a Spanish Cable Operator 

mirada has delivered xBroadcast, a comprehensive DVB-SI generator and application's injector, which provides a Spanish Cable Operator with the capability to inject OpenTV applications on their network. A key asset for the selection of mirada has been the flexibility of xBroadcast which is able to generate multiple carousel formats (DSM-cc, OpenTV, etc).

Wapping Broadcast is alive and kicking! 

At Wapping Broadcast we have been running into all sorts of interesting people. From Giggle Media who spent 3 days with us producing a shoot for the Criminal Justice System to EBTV who produced a corporate video for the Europe Arab Bank. SquareZero Ltd also used Studio One to film a title sequence for the BBC production “Beautiful People”. Ono's native solution is upgraded 

Only 3 months after the software update, ONO has gone further with an improved EPG and VoD application which includes an enhanced navigation feature . The EPG and VoD applications for the existing 800,000 motorola STBs deployed at ONO were upgraded with a new look and feel and functional capabilities. The upgrade included the EPG, Channel surfer, set up and VoD.

In addition, mirada also re-designed ONO’s own ‘reminder’ function. This allows viewers to for example set up auto-recordings and execute other similar instructions as well as receive alerts about additional services provided by ONO. Click here for mirada digital TV platforms products.
