mirada PLC presents Iris Multiscreen solution at NAB 2015 in Las Vegas

mirada, leading provider of products and services for digital TV, presents their newest release of Iris TV Everywhere solution at NAB Show in Las Vegas, 13-16 April 2015.

User-centric philosophy and design

mirada’s Iris is more than a TV Everywhere solution – it’s an innovative concept of content discovery with unique features such as Virtual Channels, Personal Weekly Planner, Moods Magazines, all of them synchronized automatically through mirada’s backend platform. Designed with user-centric approach, Iris includes Inspire, state-of-the art user interface which offers, among others, personalized recommendations, remote recordings and smart search engine in an attractive, modern way and aims to, above all, highlight an promote Operators’ rich content library. Intuitive and created with minimalistic approach, Inspire is easy to use by every kind of user, regardless of their age.

Operator-centric structure and business model

Iris is based on a modular structure model. All of its components, including OTT apps and back-end Iris Service Delivery Platform, were developed to not only work independently, but also as a selected combination of modules preferred by each Operator according to his particular needs. Audience measurement, smart digital ads, personalized content promotion are only some of multiple options Operators have to increase their revenues. This “mix & match” structure not only allows to adapt Iris to fit exactly all desires of mirada’s clients, but also enables mirada to easily deploy their product both when it comes alone and when it includes integration with existing solutions pre-integrated with Operator’s system, but also assures fast time-to-market.
