Our main priority is to look after our people right from their very first day. We take care of our employer branding and the entire candidate experience to recruit and retain the best people, from preparing paperwork to handling the payroll, training and the company’s internal communication. We coordinate Mirada’s performance evaluation process and create both work procedures and policies for all employees, while always striving to comply with local and international labour regulations.
