Our IT department is responsible for the management, operation and monitoring of Mirada’s live platforms. We work to build the most suitable processes while also anticipating operational requirements that might arise, such as for the launch of a new functionality. Our team’s activity is focused heavily on the interaction with our clients and the service we provide, guiding them and solving any doubts through our technical support process. Our overall objective is to control our operation and service strategy in order to maintain the highest standard of operational efficiency for our company.
